Update to the Board Title

As per request and suggested by Viktor @ Craft, the board title was updated to "". This small change clarifies that this board is a community-driven initiative unrelated to or endorsed by the Craft team.

Also, Slack is still offering the "" channel if you prefer to use that space to voice your requests. But remember, after 90 days, those requests are deleted.

I hope this clears any confusion.
