RTL Support for Craft?

I was wondering if there is or is planning on being RTL(right to left) support for Craft, it doesn't need to be anything fancy but just make the right languages stick to the right or even allow to decide on file-based way

RTL support is essential and needed urgently! Using the app without it is frustrating, and we’ve been waiting for this feature for quite some time.

Absolutely. Craft looks funny when I use it in Arabic.

The emojis and bullets distort the document.
