Maybe if the title is similar to a word in a text, it suggests a link between the documents.

For instance:

I'm writing a document about the “Holy Roman Empire”, when I write the word “Charlemagne” it would be great if Craft suggested a link between this word and the “Charlemagne” document that I have already done before.
